What Branding Is and Isn't
December 23, 2020

When you think of branding, you possibly think of logo design. While there is a relationship between what is seen and what is felt when it comes to brand loyalty, logos have very little to do with branding. (Logos are, however, an important visual translation of a company’s brand.)
Branding is really more about culture, and how that culture translates into the experience you create for your customers.
Branding should involve every aspect of your business so that you can consistently deliver your service or product in a way that makes it most valuable to your customers. Thus, a good branding strategy might consider everything from your company’s years in business and where it’s situated geographically to your company’s customers and their level of loyalty.
We understand branding and help companies and organizations translate their culture into meaningful and valuable customer experiences. (And, in case you’re wondering, we also design logos.) Contact us to learn more.
